These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Smart CRM ("the App"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.

1. Service Description

Smart CRM is a cloud-based mobile application designed to help businesses manage their products, inventory, customers, sales, reporting, and basic accounting processes.

The App may include features such as:

  • Product management

  • Category management

  • Customer management

  • Sales processing

  • PDF invoice generation

  • Reporting

  • Inventory management

  • Company information management

2. Account Registration

Some features of the App may require you to sign in using your Google or Apple account.

You are solely responsible for:

  • The accuracy of your account information

  • Maintaining the security of your account

  • All activities performed through your account

3. Guest Access

Certain features of the App may be available without signing in.

Guest users may have limited access to specific features.

Cloud synchronization is available only to authenticated users.

4. User Data

All product, customer, sales, inventory, company, and other information created within the App is the sole responsibility of the user.

Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and legality of the information they enter.

5. Cloud Synchronization

For authenticated users, data may be securely stored using Firebase cloud services.

If an internet connection is unavailable, certain features may continue to function offline. Data will automatically synchronize once the connection is restored.

6. PDF Documents and Invoices

PDF documents generated by the App are created based on the information provided by the user.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, these documents are intended for informational purposes only and do not constitute official financial documents, electronic invoices (e-Invoices), or electronic archive invoices (e-Archive Invoices).

Users are responsible for ensuring that generated documents comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

7. Advertisements

The free version of the App may display advertisements.

Certain features may be temporarily unlocked by voluntarily watching Rewarded Ads.

If a Premium version is offered, advertisements may be reduced or removed.

8. Premium Services

If Premium subscriptions or in-app purchases are available:

  • Pricing will be displayed through the applicable app store.

  • Payments are processed exclusively by Google Play or the Apple App Store.

  • Refunds, cancellations, and subscription management are subject to the policies of the respective app store.

9. Prohibited Uses

By using the App, you agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose.

  • Access or use another person's account without authorization.

  • Attempt to compromise or bypass the App's security.

  • Distribute malware or other harmful software.

  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App.

  • Copy, modify, decompile, reverse engineer, or redistribute the App without authorization.

  • Violate any intellectual property or copyright laws.

10. Intellectual Property

The App, including its software, design, logos, icons, graphics, and other content, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No part of the App may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially exploited without prior written permission.

11. Changes to the Service

Smart CRM reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to:

  • Add new features

  • Modify or remove existing features

  • Temporarily or permanently suspend the service

  • Release updates, improvements, or bug fixes

12. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of data

  • Loss of revenue

  • Business interruption

  • Loss of profits

  • Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App

Users are solely responsible for maintaining backups of their own data.

13. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts in cases including, but not limited to:

  • Violation of these Terms

  • Abuse or misuse of the App

  • Illegal activities

  • Security threats or suspicious behavior

14. Updates

New versions of the App may introduce, modify, or remove features.

The most current version of these Terms of Service will always be available within the App or on the official website.

15. Privacy

The collection, processing, and storage of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using the App, you also agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the Republic of Türkiye, unless otherwise required by mandatory local consumer protection laws.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved by the competent courts and enforcement authorities as determined under applicable law.

18. Acceptance
