Welcome to Yankı. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our mobile applications, website, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using Yankı, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of Yankı following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Yankı is designed for a mature audience. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service (or the minimum legal age required in your country to use social media services).

To maintain a safe and respectful community, you agree not to engage in the following prohibited activities:

We provide tools for users to report content or behavior that violates these Terms. When a report is filed, our moderation team reviews the material and takes appropriate action, which may include warning the user, removing the content, or suspending the account.

You can report abuse directly through the "Flag" icon on any post or user profile within the app.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Yankı at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Service, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may do so through the account settings in the application.
